Your credit card will not be charged, if you have adhered to the cancellation policy.<\/p>\n<p>All rates include service and VAT. The local city tax is not included. If not stated otherwise, half-board (breakfast and 3-course set dinner, excluding drinks) are included in the rate.<\/p>\n<p>Your room is ready for you from 15:00 on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 09:30 on the day of your departure.<\/p>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:1px;\"><\/div>\n\n<h2>Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<p>Cancellations need to be made in writing by e-mail. The booking conditions featured in the booking confirmation apply. Bookings made on a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled free of charge. We recommend you take out travel insurance to protect you from any unexpected costs.<\/p>\n<p>If no other terms are agreed:<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation during winter season<br \/>From 14 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation during summer season<\/p>\n<p>From 3 days before arrival 100% of the stay will be charged<\/p>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:1px;\"><\/div>\n\n<h2>LODGE REGULATIONS<\/h2>\n<p>Please note that in the dormitories, a sleeping bag liner is required.<\/p>\n<div class=\"is-divider divider clearfix\" style=\"max-width:100%;height:1px;\"><\/div>\n\n<h2>Pets<\/h2>\n<p>Small pets are allowed in the hotel\u2019s double rooms for CHF 25 per night (excluding food). We provide a dog blanket \/ dog basket and 2 bowls for dogs. Please note that pets (such as dogs) are not permitted in our indoor restaurant. Bringing a small pet must be reported to the hotel in advance (breed and weight).
