Perched on the side of a mountain between the Gornergrat and Rothorn at 2’300m above sea level, the Grünsee Mountain Lodge offers a world-class alpine mountain experience with a view of the Matterhorn. Its location guarantees pristine snow for skiers with access to Freeride Paradise Gornergrat, Hohtälli and Stockhorn.
Zermatt is car-free. There is a shuttle train from Täsch, where you park your car, to Zermatt every 20 minutes. When you arrive at Zermatt, you can either take the Gornergrat Railway to Riffelalp station and walk from there (about 45 minutes) or you take the cable car to Sunnegga station and ski from there by taking the Findeln lift to Breitboden (about 25 minutes).
Please note that the cable car ticket is not included in the price of the room and there is no luggage transport or personal transfer available.
